We offer Tremis Repair service to all our customers. All repairs are done according to our terms and conditions. Repairs can be scheduled by calling our help desk or sending message through Tremis Web interface after logging in.

All our systems are controllable remotely and therefore easily analysed on request. If system failures can't be fixed remotely, a system engineer can be alerted to do necessary measures and repairs on site. As a Tremis customer, log in to your account and request for Repair Service or check the contact page for more contact options.
